Here is the deal. Iran says its fully open. The United States says Iran is closed, but Hormuz is open. Im thinking Iran saying Hormuz is fully open was one of the asks from the U.S. to begin the ceasefire. The U.S. let it slide, until they didnt. I think Irans ports are still closed for the time being.
