If a notary public cannot use a FACSIMILE of their signature to LEGALIZE a document – how can a FACSIMILE of the PRESIDENT – the commander-in-chief’s – signature be USED to pardon someone from their crimes or to sign an EXECUTIVE order that would affect the WHOLE country?
